This snake enemy was found in memory alongside other enemies, but no such opponent is ever used in any stage.

On the continue screen Beetlejuice moves his head to the proper "body" to either continue or end. The image on the left is the one used in the final; however, a look at the tiles in memory seem to indicate this sprite is cobbled together from a larger, more awkward-looking sprite.
